The people behind Uptech
Uptech LLC is currently a solo-founded company. We are building with intention — and we will grow the team as our products scale.
Amari Mecheri
Founder & CEO, Uptech LLC
Amari founded Uptech LLC to build generative-AI products that bring rigor to domains where trust matters most — health, clinical practice, and professional development workflows.
Over 25 years, he designed and led critical software systems for major enterprises — national rail operations (SNCF), investment-banking security programs (Société Générale), nationwide infrastructure (SAUR), and logistics networks (GEOPOST/Chronopost). This experience taught him a principle that now drives every Uptech product: verification over assumption — AI output is never trusted blindly; it is corroborated against ground-truth data before it reaches the user.
Before founding Uptech, Amari worked as an AI Data Trainer on reinforcement-learning-from- human-feedback (RLHF) pipelines for AWS's Titan models, where he sharpened his understanding of generative-AI evaluation and prompt engineering at scale.
From this foundation he conceived three products: Zitounix (AI nutrition analysis with database corroboration), Vitary by Amari (offline-first veterinary practice software with sourced AI assistance), and Amar Studio (a state-piloted development agency integrating the discipline of software engineering into professional workflows). All three run on a multi-provider generative-AI architecture (Alibaba Qwen, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) — deliberately avoiding single-vendor lock-in.
Uptech LLC is registered in the United States (New Mexico), with R&D based in Oran, Algeria, serving Mediterranean and global markets.
