Overview
Uptech LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a generative-AI product company. We design our products with a privacy-first architecture — meaning user data stays on the user's device wherever possible, and our cloud infrastructure is used only where strictly necessary.

This corporate website collects minimal data. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. The contact form opens the user's email client with a pre-filled message — we do not process or store form submissions on our servers. Anonymous, cookie-free aggregate analytics may be used to understand site usage.
Zitounix
- Health data (meals, glucose, activity, measurements) is stored locally on the user's device.
- The optional account syncs only the AI operation allowance — never health history.
- AI provider API keys are held server-side; they never ship inside the Android APK.
- AI calls for the native app route through a server-side proxy (api.zitounix.com).
- Meal photos are sent to the configured AI provider for analysis and are not retained by Uptech beyond the immediate session.
Vitary by Amari
- Clinic data is stored on the clinic's own local server (offline-first architecture).
- AI provider calls are server-owned and rate-limited; no AI provider is called from the client/renderer.
- Voice transcription runs on-device via Whisper — no audio is sent to any server.
- AI-generated clinical drafts are stored as part of the clinic's local record, with citations to source data.
Amar Studio
- Project state is stored locally (SQLite) and in Git-versioned YAML/MD files on the user's machine.
- LLM provider credentials are discovered from the user's local environment (env vars, config files).
- No project data is sent to Uptech servers — the application runs entirely locally.
AI provider data transfer
When AI features are used, relevant data (e.g., meal photos, clinical context, project state) is sent to the configured AI provider (Alibaba Qwen, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Ollama). Users can configure their own provider keys (BYOK) to control where their data is sent. When using Ollama, data stays entirely on the user's own infrastructure.
Your rights
