By accessing the Uptech LLC website (uptechllc.com) or using any of our products (Zitounix, Vitary by Amari, Amar Studio), you agree to these terms of service.

2. Products and services

Uptech LLC provides generative-AI software products. Our products are tools designed to assist users — they do not replace professional medical, veterinary, or engineering advice. AI outputs are estimates that require human review before action.

3. No medical advice (Zitounix)

Zitounix is a wellness and nutrition-support tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, prescribe, or calculate insulin doses. AI nutrition estimates are corroborated against official databases but remain estimates. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

4. No clinical authority (Vitary)

Vitary's AI assistant produces cited drafts that require human validation before any write to the medical record. It never becomes a source of clinical truth. The veterinarian remains responsible for all clinical decisions.

5. Intellectual property

Uptech LLC retains all intellectual property rights to its products, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. Product names (Zitounix, Vitary by Amari, Amar Studio) and the Uptech LLC name and logo are trademarks of Uptech LLC.

6. Limitation of liability

Uptech LLC provides its products "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
